To produce, discuss and deliver your order.
To issue invoices and keep accounting records.
To send offers and marketing messages only if you agree; you can withdraw consent at any time.

Your files and designs

We use your files only to produce your order and never share or publish them without your permission. We keep them for a reasonable time to make reorders easier, and you can ask us to delete them.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only the minimum needed with delivery or payment providers to complete your order, or when required by a competent authority.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your data, or to delete your account, by contacting us.

Messages and notifications

We send your order updates (acceptance, proof, quotation, production, delivery) by WhatsApp or email as you prefer. The handover code is confidential and only used to confirm delivery. Photos taken by the courier when the code is unavailable are kept as proof of delivery and used for nothing else.

Online payment

Card details are entered on the payment gateway’s own page; they never pass through or stay on our servers.
